Sweetpea Happiness Policy

Happy customers are important to us and we pride ourselves on the quality, freshness, and longevity of our flowers. So that your flowers can be cared for in the right way, we have put together a few Sweetpea tips to keep your blooms happy!

Flowers are a product of nature and will perish at different rates.  It is important that faded stems are taken out of your vase to prevent them harming the others.

In the unusual event that you are not over the moon with your plants and flowers please provide photos and get in touch with us asap. We strive to resolve all issues quickly and fairly, treating each case on an individual basis.

Caring for your flowers

To help your blooms last longer; trim stems regularly (especially on arrival), use the flower food provided, ensure they are placed somewhere cool, draught free and out of the direct sunlight.  Also remember to keep your vase clean as a whistle and frequently change and replenish water.

Always trim your stems by at least 3cm to enable water to hydrate them. If you cut them at an angle this will give them as much surface area as possible to drink from.  Re-cut every few days.

Advice from a Sunflower: Be bright, sunny and positive. Spread seeds of happiness.  Rise, shine and hold your head high.

Hello! We are still open!

We are looking forward to opening our doors again on Wednesday 2nd December.  Until then you can order by phone or via our web shop, for delivery or click & collect.

Our normal non-contact local delivery service and also our new Nationwide Delivery service continue as normal.

Please note, you must have purchased your items before coming to collect and can do this either through the online shop or just give us a call.  Please make sure you select the date for your collection on the checkout if ordering on-line.

If there is something you would like that is not available on our on-line shop yet, please ring us.  We are working hard to add as much as possible to the web shop, but clearly cannot add everything!

Many thanks and keep safe, The Sweetpea Team.
