Sweetpea Happiness Policy
Happy customers are important to us and we pride ourselves on the quality, freshness, and longevity of our flowers. So that your flowers can be cared for in the right way, we have put together a few Sweetpea tips to keep your blooms happy!
Flowers are a product of nature and will perish at different rates. It is important that faded stems are taken out of your vase to prevent them harming the others.
In the unusual event that you are not over the moon with your plants and flowers please provide photos and get in touch with us asap. We strive to resolve all issues quickly and fairly, treating each case on an individual basis.
Caring for your flowers
To help your blooms last longer; trim stems regularly (especially on arrival), use the flower food provided, ensure they are placed somewhere cool, draught free and out of the direct sunlight. Also remember to keep your vase clean as a whistle and frequently change and replenish water.
Always trim your stems by at least 3cm to enable water to hydrate them. If you cut them at an angle this will give them as much surface area as possible to drink from. Re-cut every few days.
Advice from a Sunflower: Be bright, sunny and positive. Spread seeds of happiness. Rise, shine and hold your head high.
